AMC Surveyors is a RICS regulated practice led by Aidan McCaffery BSc (Hons) MRICS MCIOB. We carry out residential and commercial surveys and project management across the North East and Manchester.
For Residential Surveys, we offer RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. A Level 2 suits most conventional homes in reasonable condition, while a Level 3 is the more detailed option for older, larger or altered properties. Not sure which you need? Give us a call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Our commercial work covers building surveys, schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance surveys, construction monitoring and contract administration. We act for landlords, tenants, owners, occupiers and investors, from single units through to larger sites and acquisitions.
We also project manage building works from start to finish, from early advice and specifications through to tendering, running the contract and handover. Every project is different, so get in touch and we can talk through how we can help.
Christina, Operations Director, is usually the first person you’ll speak to. She’ll help you choose the right survey, book it in and look after you right through to aftercare.
Angela Norton BSc (Hons) MRICS, Associate Director, heads up our commercial surveying.
James King BSc (Hons) AssocRICS MRPSA, our Senior Building Surveyor, covers Newcastle and Manchester. He carries out residential surveys for homebuyers and supports Angela on our commercial work.
Every report is clear and detailed, so you know exactly what you are buying. We are happy to talk it through with you and answer any questions, for as long as you need us.
