Choosing the right Survey

 Both the Home Buyer and Building surveys share the same purpose in showing a potential buyer the  overall condition and any problems or defects they should be aware of. 

Our Home Surveys are a non-intrusive visual inspection intended to cover as much of the property as is physically accessible. 

Our Surveyor will rate and comment on each element including grounds, roofs, roof structure, services, fittings, floors, windows, walls and drainage.

Our reports aim to give you professional advice to:

• Make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property.

• Consider any repairs or replacements the property needs.
